You can browse reviews without creating an account. We aim to collect as little personal data as practical. This policy explains what may be processed when you use the site, email us, or use chat — and what choices you have.
Browsing. Server and hosting logs may include IP address, browser/device type, timestamps, pages requested and referring URLs (approximate location can be derived from IP).
Email. If you write to us, we process the address and content you send so we can reply.
Chat. If you use the on-site assistant, see the section below.
Local storage. The chat widget may store conversation history and UI preferences (for example theme) in your browser via local storage — not as a site-wide login account.
When you send a message, the browser posts your message history (capped length), plus light page context (page title, URL and a short text snippet from the page), to our /api/chat endpoint so we can answer about ALFA-WIN content. That request is processed using our AI provider (currently OpenAI) to generate a reply. Optional web-search tools may run when site context is thin. Do not paste passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal data into chat. You can clear chat history by clearing site data / local storage in your browser.
We use data to operate and secure the site, answer chat and email enquiries, improve content and UX, measure affiliate click performance where partners attribute referrals, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we typically rely on: legitimate interests (running a secure editorial site, basic server logs, improving content); your request / steps prior to a contract when you email us or use chat to get an answer; and consent where a non-essential cookie or similar technology requires it in your region. You can object or withdraw consent where that law applies — see “Your rights” below.
We and partners may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies. Details and controls: Cookie Policy. Affiliate networks may set cookies when you follow outbound offer links.
Hosting / infrastructure — process connection and server logs to deliver the site.
AI provider (OpenAI) — processes chat messages and page context to return assistant replies, under their terms and privacy policy.
Affiliate / offer partners — when you click outbound casino or bonus links (including header offer CTAs), those sites and their networks may receive referral data and set their own cookies.
Fonts used on ALFA-WIN are self-hosted where practical. Outbound casino sites are not controlled by us.
Some providers (including AI and infrastructure) may process data in countries outside your own, such as the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers (for example standard contractual clauses) and on the fact that chat and email are voluntary features you choose to use.
Server logs — kept as long as needed for security, abuse prevention and operations, then deleted or aggregated (typically on the order of weeks to a few months, depending on the host).
Email — kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted unless we must retain it for legal reasons.
Chat — browser local storage stays until you clear it; we do not run a permanent public chat account store. Provider-side processing follows the AI vendor’s retention rules for API traffic.
Affiliate attribution — controlled by the partner after you click out.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a request: email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject, describe what you need, and include enough detail for us to find relevant records (for example the email address you used). We aim to respond within 30 days where applicable law sets that timeframe. You can also block cookies, use private browsing, or clear local storage to remove on-device chat history.
ALFA-WIN is for adults (18+ / legal gambling age). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it where feasible.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our tools, partners or legal requirements change. Material changes take effect when published here.
